Objective: Search for people willing to donate money for a good cause. Either a low monthly payment or a one time donation. In return, they will be in contact via mail with a Fundacion COINED scholar selected and will be able to share experiences directly.
Requirements: Enthusiasm to work for a great cause, and social.
Work Place: Work from home and attend meetings when you feel is necesary.
Tools Needed: A computer, e-mail and internet access.
Time to Spend: The time to spend on this project is up to you. We estimate that even with 30 min. a day working on this would be enough.
Activities:
- Create a contact list with e-mail, complete first and last name, phone numbers, mailing address of people that might be interested in donating
- Send e-mails to contacts
- Publish GO Give an Opportunity on websites and search engines
- Follow up with each person that contacts us
Others: Other ways of finding sponsors may be:
- Organize fun events like tango show, bingo, business card exchange and other
- Sell an item and a % of it gets donated for
